Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, sesame seed, and a dash of crushed red pepper. Noodle is thin and a little dry. I’ve had this style noodle before and just not really my thing. The broth wasn’t bad – it was a savory and seafoody combo which was very apt. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4717011159165.
